The Cheeky ( Original title: Les Mistons ) is a short film directed by François Truffaut from 1958 The film is based on a short story by Maurice Pons. .

Action

The film is about five children, Les Mistons called that one summer a couple, Gerard and Bernadette observe. The five leave the couple a moment's peace, partly from jealousy unacknowledged, partly as kids having fun with the desire to annoy others. At the end of Gerard dies in a accident.
