Lester Butler

Lester Butler ( born November 12, 1959 † 10 May 1998 in Columbus, Ohio ) was an American blues harmonica player from Los Angeles. He became known as a singer and harmonica player of the band The Red Devils.

The Red Devils played as a band for Mick Jagger and Johnny Cash, but also for the actor Bruce Willis, when he made excursions into the music business. After the dissolution of the Red Devils, he was the frontman of the band " 13 featuring Lester Butler", with whom he recorded a CD for Hightone.

Butler died in 1998 of a drug overdose.
