Liana Mesa

Liana Mesa Luaces ( born December 26, 1977 in Camagüey ) is a Cuban volleyball player.

Career

Mesa played in Italy Asystel Novara. With the Cuban national team was in Japan in 1998 world champion. In the 2004 Olympics she won bronze four years later at the tournament in Beijing finally fourth. In the 2009/10 season, the Diagonalangreiferin played at OK Red Star Belgrade. After a long pause, she was committed in 2011 by the German Bundesliga Rote Raben Vilsbiburg.
