Liberal Democratic Party of Moldova

The PLDM was founded on 8 December 2007. Your political orientation is liberal- conservative. Chairman of the party is Vlad Filat. In the parliamentary elections in April 2009 it reached 12.4 % of the votes and became the third strongest and second strongest opposition party. With 15 seats they won as many seats as the slightly better abschneidende Partidul Liberal. Following the outcome, the party participated in the protests against the Communist government, which was accused of election fraud.
