Lilit Mkrtchian

Lilit Mkrttschjan (Armenian Լիլիթ Մկրտչյան; born August 9, 1982 in Yerevan ) is an Armenian chess player. The chess games she learned from her grandfather. My first coach was Norek Mowsesjan, later she was informed by the International Master Valeri Tsaturjan.

It bears the title of Grand Master of the women ( WGM ) (since 1998) and International Master (IM). Your Elo rating is 2456 (as of October 2012), so that it is behind Elina Danieljan Second Armenian Elo ranking. Their highest ever Elo rating was 2503 January-April 2010. Highest position on the FIDE world ranking of women was her 13th place in March 2010.

Individual tournaments

In the Black Sea Women's Championship 2000 in Batumi she shared with Maia Lomineischwili and Ana Matnadse the first place. The European Women's Championship in June 2002 in Varna, Antoaneta Stefanova she finished second behind. In May 2005, she was Armenian woman champion with 8.5 points from 9 games in Yerevan. At the European Championships in April 2006 in Kuşadası she was third, 2009 in Saint Petersburg again second, this time behind Tatjana Kossinzewa which she was covered in a playoff. 2013 in Belgrade they finished third again.

National

At the age of 14, she played for the Armenian women's national team at the Chess Olympiad in 1996 in Yerevan. In the European Team Championship in October 2003 in Plovdiv, she took with the Armenian women's national first, 2007 in Heraklion third place. At the Chess Olympiad in Dresden in 2008, she received an individual bronze medal for her score of 8 points from 11 games on the second board, an individual silver medal for her score of 6.5 out of 9 on the second board at the World Team Championship 2009 in Ningbo. Also in the European Team Championships 2009 in Novi Sad she got an individual silver medal for the same result: 6.5 out of 9 on the second board. At the European Championships 2013 in Warsaw, she received a Silver medal for her individual score of 7.5 out of 9 on the second board with an Elo performance of 2612th

Chess club

At the European Club Cup 2005 in Saint -Vincent, she played for the Russian team the Southern Urals Chelyabinsk. The team took second place, while Lilit Mkrtchian an individual gold medal for her score of 6 out of 7 on the third board received ( Elo performance 2660 ). When Club Cup 2007 in Kemer she played for Mika Yerevan and finished with the team to third place. In addition, she received an individual bronze medal for her score of 5 out of 7 on the fourth board. Medals she collected with Mika even when Clup Cup 2012 in Eilat: silver, both for the team and for 4.5 from 7 on the third board.
