This list of vineyards in the Rheingau lists all the layer name of the specified region for quality wine Rheingau.

Overview

The vineyards in the Rheingau are formed from the comprehensive approximately 3,200 hectares of vineyards of cities and towns:

• Frankfurt am Main
• Felsberg
• Florsheim am Main

• Geisenheim
• Hochheim am Main
• Kiedrich
• Lorch

• Oestrich- angle
• Rüdesheim am Rhein
• Walluf
• Wiesbaden

The Rheingau wine in the legal sense is therefore greater than the Rheingau in a geographical sense - the landscape, situated on the right bank of the Rhine and on the southern slopes of the Taunus between Lorch and Walluf. Attached is mainly Riesling, and red wine in the island Assmannshausen Pinot Noir.

The production area includes 10 regional sites and 119 individual layers. Their names result from the vineyard role that is performed at the Regierungspräsdidium Darmstadt.

The regional sites are distributed as follows among the roughly ordered from west to east districts of the Rheingau wine-growing villages:
