Liu Biao

Liú Biǎo (Chinese刘 表, IPA (high chinese ) [ [ li̯oʊ̯35 b̥i̯ɑo̯214 ] ], style name Jingsheng ) (* 142, † 208 ) was the governor of the Jing province (now Hubei) under the Han Dynasty.

Liu Biao was a descendant of Emperor Jing of Han and thus a member of the imperial family. He first worked for the Administrator of Nanyang, Wang Chang.
