Liu Yin (curler)

Liu Yin (Chinese柳荫, Pinyin Liǔ Yin; born August 19, 1981 in Harbin ) is a Chinese curler. She is a member of the Harbin Curling Club.

Liu took 2002 for the first time in international championships - the Pacific Championships - as a replacement player part. Since 2004 she has been part of the team of Skip Wang Bingyu. In the 2006-2007 season, she played the last stones while Wang Bingyu moved to the third position, but was skip of the team. She currently plays on the position of the third.

The Curling World Championships 2008, she won at the World Cup, along with their teammates as the first Asian team a medal (silver). The following year, one constant showed the strongest performance in the World Cup in South Korea of all the teams and became world champion.

At the Olympic Winter Games in Vancouver in 2010, she won the bronze medal with her team. The 3rd place match they won against the Swiss team led by Mirjam Ott Skip to 12:6.
