The Lohr Bach is the left, about 4 km long source stream of Lohr in the Main- Kinzig district, in Hesse Spessart. He is regarded as the upper reaches of Lohr.
Geography
Lohr source
The Lohr creek rises in Lohrhaupten (municipality Flörsbachtal ) of two strong tributing sources. The upper, weaker is on the road in the Lohr and bears the official name Lohr source. The source outlet is located in a red sandstone wall. At times, flows mostly dried up creek from the living Roder valley in the source area. Right at the source sits the bronze figure " Lohrchen ".
Course
The Lohr stream leaves Lohrhaupten in a southerly direction and joins near the brick hut with the coming of the northwest Flörsbach to Lohr.
