Lou Taylor Pucci

Lou Taylor Pucci ( born July 27, 1985 in Seaside Heights, New Jersey ) is an American actor.

Pucci is the son of former Miss Union County Linda ( Farver ) Pucci and guitarist Lou Pucci.

Career

His first steps in acting he made at the age of ten years in the play Oliver in his hometown. Just two years later, he was seen on Broadway in The Sound Of Music. His first small film role was Pucci in the award winning independent film Personal Velocity: Three Portraits (2002), in which he starred with Kyra Sedgwick. For his first starring role in the 2005 released movie Thumbsucker Pucci has won several awards. He received the Silver Bear at the Berlinale 2005 and the Special Jury Prize at the Sundance Film Festival 2005.

In the music video Jesus of Suburbia punk group Green Day Pucci plays the lead role as Jesus of Suburbia.

In 2009, he played a starring role in the horror thriller Horsemen and Carriers. In February 2012, he landed the role of Eric in the remake of Evil Dead.
