Lovelock is a city in the U.S. state of Nevada. It is located in Pershing County and is the County Seat. In the 2000 census, the village had 2003 inhabitants. Lovelock was at the center of the Humboldt Project.

Geography

The city is located in the west of Nevada on the banks of the Humboldt River.
