Luo Huining

Luo Huining (Chinese骆惠宁, Pinyin Luo Huining; * October 1954 in Yiwu, Zhejiang Province) is a politician in the People's Republic of China.

Luo joined in 1982 the Chinese Communist Party.

After various positions in politics and government in Anhui Province, last amended in 1999 to 2003 as director of the Organization Department of the CCP of the province, he joined in 2003 as deputy party secretary and from 2004 also president of the Party School in the province of Qinghai.

From 1999 to 2002 Luo graduated from the China University of Science and Technology and obtained his master degree in engineering and management science. From 2000 to 2003 he completed a further study at the Renmin University of China from the title Doctor of Economics.

Since January 2010, as the successor of Luo Song Xiuyan governor of Qinghai Province.

Since 2007 he is a candidate of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China.
