Lux Guyer

Lux Guyer, actually Luise Guyer, ( born August 20, 1894 in Zurich, † May 26, 1955 ibid ) was a Swiss architect.

The student of Gustav Gull and Maria Frommer opened in 1924 or 1925 as one of the first women in Switzerland his own architectural office. Her works include single-family homes, the women's housing colony Lettenhof (1926/1927) for single women, the dormitory Fluntern (1927/1928), was senior architect of the Swiss Exhibition of Women's Work ( SAFFA ) in Bern ( 1928), the wooden prefabricated house SAFFA - house and after 1935 and handwerklichere traditional houses.
