Reception

Carolin Neumann of Serienjunkies.de wrote: " CBS mates calculated its flagship New York sitcom " How I Met Your Mother " with this uninspired newbie, by - what else - is about the love lives of four New Yorkers. Heavy could it " Mad Love " barely make because even though " HIMYM " no longer as great as at the beginning, the audience in a direct comparison is painfully aware of what the new series lacks everything. " In addition, she writes that " laugh once in a 20 -minute comedy episode [ ... ] just too little [ was ]. " She claims that it is" too stupid [ was ] that it completely lacks the main cast of chemistry. " The plot she says that the performer [ ... ] " really [ endeavor ], but the whole starting point of the series [ would be ] so contrived that you also proven comedy timing can not help. Especially since they are allowed to enter all just warmed 08/15-Sätze of themselves, which sound as if CBS from two dozen market researchers from the 90s let the screenplays meticulously read until the last corners and edges were wiped out.
