Mada'in Saleh

Mada'in Saleh (Arabic مدائن صالح, DMG Mada ʾ in Salih ) is an archaeological site in northwestern Saudi Arabia, about 400 km from the Medina, near the oasis of al-' Ula is. It is the ancient city of Hegra, a trading city that was inhabited by the Nabataeans and the Thamud.
