Magic Pockets

Magic Pockets is a computer game of the Bitmap Brothers. The game was released in 1991 for Amiga, Acorn Archimedes and Atari ST and 1992 for MS -DOS on 3.5 -inch floppy disk. Many players saw a strong resemblance to Gods, which was published by the same game developers just a few months earlier.

Description

The game is a kind of Jump ' n' Run with a special attack technique. The hero of this game, a little boy with BaseCap and sunglasses, throws depending on the level with whirlwinds, Regenwölckchen or snowballs around, to turn his opponents in rewarding items. These can be either recycled for completion points or save for certain extras, such as a coffee cup, which increases the rate of fire, the teleporter in secret rooms or extra lives. There are other weapons such as a helmet with built-in laser cannons. The higher levels can be directly controlled with level codes, which one gets after successful completion of a level.
