Magnús Scheving

Magnús Scheving ( born November 10, 1964 in Reykjavík ) is an Icelandic actor, athlete, television producer and entrepreneur. He became internationally known in the role of Sportacus in the television series LazyTown.

Life

Scheving started in 1985 with aerobics and 1992 Icelandic Individual Champion. Overall, he won this title four times. In 1993 he was Scandinavian champion, reached the third place in the Suzuki World Cup and was also third parties during the Taejon Expo in Korea. In 1994 he was European champion, won the 2nd place at the Suzuki World Cup and the International Competition in Seoul. In February 1995, he was the second time European champions. Scheving also has over 70 prices in athletics, primarily for the 1500 - and 5000 -meter run. Since his childhood, he also played basketball, handball, tennis and does weight training. He was voted " Sportsman of the Year 1994 " in Iceland.

Scheving is married and has three children.
