Mahmood Ebrahimzadeh

Mahmood Ebrahimzadeh (* 1951 in Bushehr, Iran) is a former Iranian football player.

Career

Ebrahimzadeh played from the age of 15 in the first team of Shahin Bushehr on the position of a striker. In 1975 he moved to Abu Moslem Mashhad, reaching with this team to third place in the Iranian Pro League. In the same year Ebrahimzadeh was appointed to the Iranian national team. At this time Ebrahimzadeh counted among the most talented strikers in the country.

In 1980, the first Gulf War broke out, Ebrahimzadeh ceased to play football in Iran. First, he went to Dubai and later to Germany, where he completed a 05 game time for the Göttingen and scorer in the Regionalliga Nord was. After the year in Germany Ebrahimzadeh ended his career and moved with his family to the United States.

In 2000 Ebrahimzadeh opened with Franco Baresi a football school in Qatar.
