Malcolm Fleming, 3rd Lord Fleming

Malcolm Fleming, 3rd Lord Fleming (* 1494, † September 10, 1547 ) was a Scottish nobleman. He was the son of John Fleming, 2nd Lord Fleming and Eupheme Drummond. He inherited his father's title and at his death in 1524 and became the Lord Chamberlain of the Scottish King James V (reigned 1513-1542 ).

1524/25 he was allowed to marry Jane Stuart, an illegitimate daughter of the Scottish king James IV of his relationship with Agnes Stewart.

On November 24, 1542, he fell at the Battle of Solway Moss in British captivity, and was released only after a ransom payment. Malcolm Fleming fell at the Battle of Pinkie Cleugh on 10 September 1547. His widow Jane Stuart in 1548 went with the young Mary Queen of Scots to France, where she became the mistress of King Henry II.
