Maldon and East Chelmsford from 1997 to 2010, an electoral district in the English county of Essex for elections to the House of Commons. The constituency comprised the District of Maldon and part of the borough of Chelmsford.

In 1997, John Whittingdale, elected to the Conservative Party in this constituency in the British Parliament, and each re-elected in the 2001 elections and 2005. 2010, the constituency of the two new circles Maldon and Witham was divided.
