Mana Iwabuchi

Mana Iwabuchi (Japanese岩 渕 真 奈, Mana Iwabuchi, born 18 March 1993 in Tokyo Prefecture ) is a Japanese football player.

Club career

Iwabuchi played as a student in 2005 and 2007, the NTV Menina and, in 2007, with 14 years of a professional contract with NTV Beleza in the highest Japanese Women's League. In January 2013 Iwabuchi moved to TSG 1899 Hoffenheim. The striker received the second division a contract until 30 June 2014, which, however, in the case of a non ascent had an exit clause. Her debut in the Bundesliga they crowned on September 8, 2013 ( 1st Round ) with their first goal, which also meant the 1-0 win in the 90th minute against VfL Sindelfingen.

National

Iwabuchi began her international career in 2008 when she played at the age of only 15 years for the Japanese U-17 national team at the U-17 World Cup in New Zealand. She was awarded the Golden Ball as the best player of the tournament. She completed her first cap for the Japanese national team on 6 February 2010 at the Football Championship East Asia against China. My first goal for Japan scored Iwabuchi on 11 February 2010 against Taiwan; in this game you get even more hits. At the 6th Women's World Cup 2011 in Germany it was used in five of six games of the Japanese team.

Iwabuchi also belonged to the Japanese squad for the Olympic Games in London. But you just stood 0-0 against South Africa in the first round in the starting lineup. In two other games they came on, inter alia, in the 1:2 lost against the USA finals, and won the silver medal with her team.
