Manteo Mitchell

Manteo Mitchell ( born July 6, 1987) is an American sprinter.

With the U.S. team he won at the IAAF World Indoor Athletics Championships in Istanbul gold in the 4 x 400 - meter relay.

Manteo Mitchell is Trainterassistent at his alma mater, Western Carolina University.

At the Olympic Games in 2012 he ran in the semifinals of the 4 x 400 - meter relay continues despite a broken leg calf and helped his squadron to enter the final. There they took only second place behind surprise winner Bahamas.
