Manuela Gretkowska

Manuela Gretkowska ( born October 6, 1964 in Łódź ) is a Polish writer, screenwriter, journalist and founder of the partia Kobiet ( Women's Party ).

Manuela Gretkowska studied philosophy in Kraków. In 1988, she left Poland to Paris and wrote her first stories. In the 1990s she published in the Polish editions of Elle and Playboy. 1996 filmed Andrzej Żuławski their screenplay The shaman. 2001, another film from a screenplay by her was created under the title egoists. They also wrote screenplays for the Polish television series Our Town. Between 1997 and 2001 she lived in Sweden. Between 1990 and 2008, 13 books of their work have now been published - for example Polka ( The Pregnancy Diary ), The European, My zdies ' emigranty.

On 11 January 2007 she founded the Polish Women's Party partia Kobiet, whose goal was to collect in the elections to the Polish Sejm and the European Parliament. In the parliamentary elections in Poland in 2007, this plan failed, however, with a vote share of 0.28 % at the five - percent hurdle, bearing in mind that the party is newly established could not compete in all constituencies in the early general elections.
