Marc MacSharry

Marc MacSharry (born 12 July 1973) is an Irish Fianna Fáil politician.

MacSharry was born in 1973 as the son of the politician Ray MacSharry. He went to school in Sligo and attended Castleknock College in Dublin. From 1991 to 1994 he worked as an account executive at the Irish Permanent Building Society. Then MacSharry from 1994 to 2000 as sales manager or manager for Celtic Foods Trading House Limited. From 2000 to 2005 he was CEO of the Chamber of Commerce of Sligo (Sligo Chamber of Commerce).

2002 MacSharry was first elected for Fianna Fáil Seanad Éireann in the. 2007 was his re-election.

MacSharry has two children, a son and a daughter married us. In addition to his political activities MacSharry runs his own real estate office, Marc Mac Sharry Properties in Sligo.
