Marco Reich
Marco Reich ( born December 30, 1977 in Meisenheim ) is a German football player.
Career
Association
Marco Reich made his debut in 1996 in the first team of the 1st FC Kaiserslautern, with whom he was able to celebrate promotion to the Premier League in the same season. The following season he became a regular fixture and played 31 Bundesliga games. He had such significant share of the profits of the German Championship of FCK in the year after the Bundesliga ascent. Until 2001, he played for the Palatinate until it for 3 million euros to league rivals FC Cologne 1 changed. There, however, he could not build on its previous achievements, so that a year later he tried a new start for Werder Bremen. There he came in the next two years only 17 missions in the Bundesliga, so that his contract was not renewed. In total he played 143 league matches and scored eight goals.
2004 moved to England kingdom. After a stay at Derby County he played until January 2007 at Crystal Palace in the Football League Championship, England's second league. Since the end of January 2007, he was with the second division side Kickers Offenbach under contract, where he end of June 2007 was informed that he should leave the club again. He was then forcibly transferred into the national league team of the OFC. Since early November 2007, Reich was back to the First Team of the OFC.
In August 2008 it was announced that he will go back to England. There he found in the third division side FC Walsall a new employer for the 2008/ 09 season. In the 2009/10 season Marco Reich played in Poland for Jagiellonia Białystok. In early November he was talking to the match of association between the Wolf Berger AC and SK St. Andrew with gaming operations in the third-class Austrian Regionalliga Mitte. His coach was dortiger Nenad Bjelica, had played with the kingdom together at the 1 FC Kaiserslautern. Mid-January 2010 signed Marco Reich then the wolf Berger AC / SK St. Andrew. Since 2011 he played for Austria Klagenfurt, for which he completed a total of 24 games in which he scored 8 hits before it was announced that he will accrue from the 2012/13 season for the SV Villach.
Since the 2013/2014 season Reich plays in Schmittweiler at SG Schmittweiler / Callbach / Reiffelbach / Roth.
National
In the national team he came in 1999 under Erich Ribbeck to his first and only use the 3-3 draw against Colombia in Miami. He was at this time in addition to his Kaiserslautern team-mates Michael Ballack as one of the great hopes of German football in a time when the national team went through a weak phase. Unlike Ballack but he never was able to meet the long-term expectations placed in him.
