Marco Salvatore

Marco Salvatore ( born February 20, 1986 in Schwarzach im Pongau) is an Austrian football player.

Career

Salvatore began with the sport of football in the youth team of the Salzburg tradition club SK Bischofshofen. With 14 years of Pongauer joined the youth academy of Vienna Austria in the federal capital. In 2005 he was appointed to the cadre of Austria Amateure. After two seasons with the amateurs in the second highest Austrian league 2007, he moved to FC 1 Vöcklabruck. 2008 Salvatore reached by the rise of Upper Austria, the return to the " First League ". In January 2009, his change was made for SK Austria Kärnten in the Bundesliga.

His debut in the highest Austrian league gave Salvatore on 4 March 2009 against FC Red Bull Salzburg. He came on in the 79th minute for the Brazilian Sandro. After Austria Kärnten received a license for the Bundesliga Season 2010/2011 changed the defender free transfer to the first division side First Vienna FC.
