Marcus Tulio Tanaka

Marcus Tulio Tanaka (Japanese田中 マルクス 闘莉 王(トゥーリオ) Tanaka Marukusu centurion; born April 24, 1981 in São Paulo) is a Japanese football player with Brazilian roots. His birth name is Marcus Tulio Tanaka Lyuji Murzani, but it is usually only called Tulio.

Career

Born the son of a Japanese -born father and a mother of Italian descent in Brazil Tulio moved to Japan at age 15 and attended first a high school in Chiba Prefecture. After graduation in 2001 he pursued a career of professional football players, and was engaged by Sanfrecce Hiroshima.
