Mare d'Oursi

The Mare d' Oursi is a lake in the north of Burkina Faso, located at the northern shore of the place is Oursi. It is fed by several small, leading only in the rainy season water flows and has no outlet. As an important stop for migratory birds, Mare d' Oursi is a Ramsar site. Moreover, it is in the region is an important water reservoir for humans and livestock.
