Marek Kincl

Marek Kincl (born 3 April 1973 in Prague) is a Czech football player at the position of the striker.

Club career

The Czech is considered as a classic center forward who has both a powerful shot and a good heading ability. The striker played in the early years of his career in several Czech clubs. These included, among others, the well-known clubs SK Hradec Králové, FC Slovan Liberec, Dukla and FK Viktoria Zizkov Pribram.

Overall Kincl was at eleven different Czech clubs, before moving to Sparta Prague in 2000. Previously, the striker made ​​with 15 gates attention to themselves in 22 league games for Viktoria Zizkov. Kincl celebrated at Sparta Prague its most successful period in the Czech league, however, was often not represented in the starting eleven. In 2003, he was with the team for the second time after 2001 Czech champion, but only played eight times in the starting lineup. In the following Champions League season 2003/ 04 he was able to achieve the winning goal for Sparta against Lazio and thus brought the team into the knockout stages.

However, this was so far the last game of Kincl for Sparta. He went into the winter break to Russia Zenit St. Petersburg. There, the Czech scored a goal in five games. He changed after a few months again the club and went to Vienna for Austrian first division side SK Rapid Wien. There he was able to achieve nine league goals in his first season and was the team champion. In May 2007, the Czech striker from Rapid joined the second division ASK Schwadorf. In the summer of 2008 Kincl joined the Czech Erstligaaufsteiger FK Bohemians Prague. Kincl moved in August 2010 to fourth division SK Viktorie Jirny.

National

Marek Kincl debuted in 2000 with nearly 27 years under the Carlsberg Cup against Mexico for the Czech national team. In the 61 minutes he came in to replace Pavel Verbíř, the Czech Republic won 2-1. His second and last match he completed on 16 August 2000, the Czech team defeated the choice of Slovenia in Ostrava 0:1. Kincl came in the 75th minute for Jan Koller to the playing field.
