Margaret Adeoye

Margaret Adeoye ( Margaret Adeoye Adetutu; born April 22, 1985 in Lagos) is a British sprinter Nigerian origin.

As a child she moved with her family to London, where she amazed her uncle for the sport of running. In 2010 she was discovered as a British University champion in the 200 m of Linford Christie, who looked after from now on.

In 2012 she was British champion in the indoor and outdoor 200 m. At the Olympic Games in London, she reached the semifinals over this distance.

The following year she defended her national title on Hall 200 m. At the World Athletics Championships 2013 in Moscow she won the British team bronze in the 4 x 400 - meter relay.
