Marianne Rørvik

Marianne Cecilie Lydersen Rørvik ( born August 2, 1983 in Bærum ) is a Norwegian curler.

She currently plays on the fourth position in the team to Dordi Nordby.

Rørvik already took a 13 -year-old at the Junior World Championships in 1997 in part and represented Norway in all other Junior World Championships until 2005. Doing so, they could win the gold medal in 2004. Then she ran as a replacement player for the World Cup of adults and won the silver medal there.

As a second on the team to Dordi Nordby they finally played at the Olympic Games 2006. Norway reached the semifinals, but lost to eventual Olympic champion Anette Norberg Sweden to. In the match for the bronze medal they lost Canada.

Marianne Rørvik is a mother of two children and in a relationship with the curling colleagues Torger Nergård.
