Mark Tomlinson

Mark Tomlinson ( born March 25, 1982 in the UK ) is a professional English polo player and member of the England Polo Team. He has a handicap of 7 in the UK and six in Argentina.

Career

In 2005, Tomlinson started the first time for England.

Private

Tomlinson was born into a family of polo, his maternal grandfather was the founder of the " Woolmers Park Polo Club". His mother Claire Tomlinson is one of the best polo players. His siblings Luke and Emma play polo. His family runs the " Beaufort Polo Club".

He attended the prestigious private school Marlborough College in Wiltshire and the University of the West of England in Bristol.

Since March 2013 he is married to the dressage rider Laura Bechtolsheimer, with whom he romantically involved since 2009 and had been engaged since August 2012.
