The Marlborough Highway is a road in the center of the Australian state of Tasmania. It connects the Lake Highway to the Lyell Highway and thus forms an abbreviation of the otherwise long journey from the west coast to the central highlands of the island.

Course

The trunk road branches off 3 km south of Bronte Park from the Lyell Highway and leads towards the northeast, where it meets the Great Lake about 2 km north of Miena on the Lake Highway. She leads east of Pine Animal Lagoon and on the southern and south-eastern shore of the Little Pine Lagoon along. Shortly before reaching the Lake Highway it crosses the River Ouse.

With the exception of Brontë Park there are no settlements on this road. At high snow throughout the unpaved road is closed.
