Marlène Jobert
Marlène Jobert (* November 4, 1940 in Algiers ) is a French actress and writer.
Biography
Marlène Jobert studied at the art academies of Dijon and Paris and earned a living as a fashion model and one of the extras in film productions. After several engagements on the stage and on television, she was discovered in the 1960s for the cinema. She made her debut in 1966 in a supporting equal role in Jean -Luc Godard's Masculin - Feminin or: The Children of Marx and Coca -Cola. In 1967, she starred opposite Jean- Paul Belmondo and Genevieve Bujold in Louis Malle's The Thief of Paris.
