Marquis Residences

Marquis Miami is a consummate after four years of construction in 2009 skyscraper in Miami. Its height is 207 meters. The building is thus the fourth highest in the city ( after the Four Seasons Hotel & Tower, the Southeast Financial Center and the 900 Biscayne Bay). On the 63 floors of the building located at the bottom of a hotel, while above residential apartments are housed. The architectural firm Arquitectonica has designed the tower, whose most floors have balconies.
