Martin Dimitrov

Martin Dimitrov ( Bulgarian Мартин Димитров; born April 13, 1977 in Sofia, Bulgaria) is a Bulgarian economist and politician of the party Union of Democratic Forces. Since December 2008 he has been Chairman of the party. Before him Plamen Jurukow had the party chairmanship. From 1 January 2007 until 20 May 2007, he was a member of the European Parliament.

Dimitrov was in December 2008 by ballot of all party members as chairman of the party. This happened for the first time in the history of the party.
