Martín Garrido

2008: Tour de San Luis

Martín Gerardo Garrido Mayorga ( born November 9, 1974 in Córdoba) is an Argentine racing driver.

Sports career

Garrido won one stage of the 2000 Tour of Galicia, at the 2001 Vuelta a Murcia and 2004 at the Tour of Algarve. 2001 and 2002, he competed in the Vuelta a España in the Tour de Normandie 2005 he decided the prologue for themselves and ended the tour on the third. In 2006, he was in a stage of the Tour of Portugal first at the finish. The road Cycling World Championships in Salzburg in the same year, an increased hematocrit was found in him and his compatriot Matías Médici, and it was a 15-day protective barrier imposed.

Overall Garrido won 13 stages at various tours throughout his cycling career. In 2008 he won the Tour de San Luis. In 2008 he finished in the Argentine Championship in the time trial rank two, in 2011 he finished third.
