Martin Weinek

Martin Weinek (* June 30, 1964 in Leoben, Styria ) is an Austrian theater and film actor and director. He plays the role of Inspector Kunz in the television series Inspector Rex.

Weinek graduated from 1983 to 1986 his acting studies with Peter P. Jost.

From 1986, he worked first in the theater group 80 in Vienna and received his first small film role in post-season, where he played an elevator operator.

In 1987 he played at the Ruhr Festival Recklinghausen under the direction of Georg Mittendrein in Lechner Edi looks into paradise and in the film Müllomania under the direction of Dieter Berner, in which he portrayed a garbage man.
