Mary King (equestrian)

Mary Elizabeth Thomson King, MBE ( born June 8, 1961 in Newark-on -Trent, Nottinghamshire, as Mary Elizabeth Thomson) is a British eventer and six -time Olympian.

Career

She won six times team gold at World and European Championships. She was also British Champion four times. In the years 1992, 1996, 2000, 2004, 2008 and 2012, she competed at the Olympics.

Private

In 1995, she married Alan "David" King, with whom she has two children. The family lives in Devon.
