Matt Long

Matthew " Matt" Long ( born May 18, 1980 in Winchester, Kentucky) is an American film and theater actor.

Life and career

Matt Long is the older of two brothers. He was already in his school years on the stage. After visiting the colleges and the Western Kentucky University, he moved to New York City.

Both in New York as well as in Williamstown (Massachusetts ) he stood on theater stages, until he was discovered and promoted by its current manager. After two minor roles in independent films, he had his breakthrough in 2004 with the short-lived television series Jack & Bobby. Last Long in 2007 stood at the side of Nicolas Cage in the movie Ghost Rider in front of the camera.

In the sixth season of Private Practice, he played the role of Dr. James Peterson, the friend of Caterina Scorsones figurines Amelia Sheperd.

Matt Long was married on April 23, 2005 his longtime girlfriend Lora Chaffin. The couple now lives in Los Angeles.
