Matthew Mendy
Matthew Mendy ( born June 13, 1983 in Serekunda ) is a Gambian football player at the position of midfielder. Currently, he plays in China for Anhui Jiufang FC.
Previously, he was the clubs first Vöcklabruck FC, KFC Uerdingen 05 and 1.FC Kleve under contract. After only one month in Kleve of Gambier moved in 2008 to the first FC Premiere Report the second highest Austrian league. After the game was shut down and he was out of contract at Vöcklabruch a year Mendy hired in Anhui Jiufang FC.
For the Gambian football team he was during qualifying for the FIFA World Cup 2010 in use. Previously, he had his debut in a friendly match for the national team in 2006.
