Matthias Rudolph

Matthias " Rudi " Rudolph ( born September 6, 1982 in Belzig ) is a German football player.

Career

Matthias Rudolph was born in Belzig at Potsdam, he grew up in the village of Niemegk, where he began playing football at FSV green and white. In the C - youth he went to Stahl Brandenburg and two classes higher for SV Babelsberg 03 There he age of 18 was allowed for the first time to play in the first team in the Regionalliga.

At the end of the 2001 season the team was promoted to the 2nd Bundesliga. Since Rudolph but first still played in the A- youth team and then spent nine months of basic military service, remained in this and the next year with the one used in the first and otherwise only inserts in the regional league team. Only in the 2002/03 season, as Babelsberg first was already descended again, he was from the 26th Round Einwechsel and from 28 Matchday regular players of the team. Matthias Rudolph, who incidentally is still studying in Kassel since his time teaching sports and geography, also been trained to B Youth of the association.
