Maurice Ager

Maurice Darnell Ager ( born February 9, 1984 in Detroit ) is an American professional basketball player of the Minnesota Timberwolves of the NBA.

Maurice Ager began his basketball career at Michigan State University. The 1.96 m wide Ager then played from 2006 to 2008 for the Dallas Mavericks in the NBA. During the 2006/07 season, the Mavericks borrowed from shooting guard to the Fort Worth Flyers (NBA Development League ). Also in the 2007/ 08 season, he was briefly assigned by Dallas D- League team, this time the Tulsa 66ers.

On 19 February 2008 he was sent along with Devin Harris, Trenton Hassell, DeSagana Diop, Keith Van Horn and two draft picks to the New Jersey Nets. In exchange for Jason Kidd, Malik Allen and Antoine Wright to Dallas changed.
