Mauro Pedrazzini

Mauro Pedrazzini ( born June 15, 1965) is a Liechtenstein politician ( FBP). He is a Councillor with responsibility for the Ministry of society member of the Government of the Principality of Liechtenstein since 27 March 2013.

Pedrazzini has a PhD doctorate in physics and lives in ashes.

Education and Career

Mauro Pedrazzini graduated in 1985 at the Liechtenstein Gymnasium in Vaduz. He then studied physics, chemistry and astronomy at the University of Bern, where he also worked as a research assistant at the Laboratory for High Energy Physics from 1990 to 1991. Pedrazzini gained his doctorate in 1996 at the Research Center for Plasma Physics at the ETH Lausanne. From 1992 to 2001, he also held several positions in addition to the Balzers AG, including a project manager, the head of the engineering and the director of the Research and Development Department. At the same time graduated Mauro Pedrazzini 1997 to 1999 a part-time business studies at the University of St. Gallen.

Since 2001 until his government admission in 2013 Pedrazzini was ultimately a financial analyst and fund manager at the Liechtenstein National Bank. He was from 2003 employed by its subsidiary LLB Asset Management AG and there from 2006 Head of Equity management.

In the legislative period from 2005 to 2009 was Mauro Pedrazzini Government Deputy for his party colleagues FBP Prime Minister Otmar Hasler, from 2009 to 2013, he served as a proxy for government chief deputy Martin Meyer. After the state elections in Liechtenstein in 2013 Pedrazzini was finally chosen by the Liechtenstein Landtag for Government. As such, he has currently taken over the Ministry of society, which includes the departments of Social Affairs, Health and Family and Equal Opportunities.
