Thomas Zwiefelhofer

Zwiefelhofers Thomas (born 10 December 1969) is a Liechtenstein politician ( VU). He's since 27 March 2013. Than Deputy Prime Minister with responsibility for the Ministry of the Interior, Justice and economic member of the Government of the Principality of Liechtenstein

Zwiefelhofers is married and lives with his wife and their three children in Vaduz.

Education and Career

Thomas Zwiefelhofers attended from 1981 to 1989 the Liechtenstein Gymnasium in Vaduz, where he passed the Swiss Matura Type B. Subsequently he studied until 1996 at the ETH Zurich and graduated in architecture as a graduate architect. This is followed by two years of professional work as an architect and project manager joined in ZRH Architekten AG in Zollikon.

From 1998 to 2000 Zwiefelhofers finally graduated law at the University of St. Gallen, where he first became a licentiate in law. Professionally, he practiced then until his government admission in 2013 the legal profession in the general trust company in Vaduz, where he was also a member of the Executive Board since 2003. In 2002 he graduated from the polytechnic course Trusteeship at the Fachhochschule Liechtenstein. 2007 doctorate Thomas Zwiefelhofers at the University of St. Gallen and so was Doctor of Law. 2009/10 he graduated beyond a Certificate of Advanced Studies in national and international tax law at the University of Liechtenstein.

After he had gone in the regional elections in Liechtenstein in 2013 as the leading candidate for the Patriotic Union into the race, Thomas Zwiefelhofers was elected to the episode on March 27, 2013 to the Deputy Prime Minister in the FBP -VU - coalition government. He leads such as the Liechtenstein Ministry of the Interior, Justice and the economy.
