Max Apple
Max Apple ( born October 22, 1941 in Grand Rapids, Michigan) is an American author and screenwriter.
Life
Max Apple received a Bachelor of Arts ( 1963) and his Ph.D. Ph.D. (1970 ) at the University of Michigan. For 29 years he taught " Creative Writing " at Rice University in Houston, Texas.
In addition to novels and short stories, Apple also wrote screenplays, for example, for the film The Air Up There.
