Mehmet Akyuz (2014)

Mehmet Akyuz ( born January 2, 1986 in Adapazarı ) is a Turkish football player.

Club career

Akyuz played early in his career for Sakaryaspor. After his first season he went on loan to Fethiyespor and then moved to Bozüyükspor. In January 2008, the midfielder of 3 League joined the Süper Lig, he signed for Gençlerbirliği Ankara. However, in Ankara, he came only to five inserts. He was awarded during his time in Ankara to Sakaryaspor, Şanlıurfaspor and Hacettepespor. In summer 2010 he left Gençlerbirliği and moved to second division Tavşanlı Linyitspor.

In Linyitspor Akyuz played a good season. He made 15 goals in 31 games and thus shot his team into the play- offs, but it is not enough to rise later. With his power, he drew attention to himself. Beşiktaş Istanbul signed him before the season 2011/12. He played two seasons in 16 league games. His contract was terminated on 15 July 2013, and received a severance payment in the amount of 256 332 TL.

On August 2, 2013 Sesar signed a three -year contract with Akhisar Belediyespor.

National

Akyuz played on 25 May 2005 once the Turkish U-19 selection against Sweden.
