Mehmet Çakır

Mehmet Cakir ( born January 4, 1984 in Ankara) is a Turkish football player.

Career

Career

Cakir started at his hometown club Etimesgut Şekerspor. There he played for one season in the second league. Gençlerbirliği Ankara committed Mehmet Cakir, where he played again in the 2nd League for Gençlerbirliği OFTAŞ the second team Gençlerbirligi. After 2 years of his commitment he first played for the first team. In the current season he scored 3 goals after 4 game days.

In spring 2011, he joined the Turkish club Trabzonspor tradition. After failing to convince here, he left in September 2011, this club and went to league rivals Karabükspor. Here he played until the summer of 2012 and left the club by mutual consent. January 12, 2013, stands at Sanica Boru Elazığspor under contract.

In the last days of the summer transfer window he signed a two-year contract with his old club MKE Ankaragucu.
