Mehmet Yozgatlı

Mehmet Yozgatlı ( born January 9, 1979 in Melle ) is a born in Germany soccer player of the club Beşiktaş Istanbul.

Before Yozgatlı began with the professional football, he trained as a banker. His first major club was İstanbulspor A.Ş., where he played in 1998/99 and scored four goals in 27 missions. 1999 he came to Adanaspor and was loaned directly to Galatasaray. After his return to Istanbulspor AS he played 71 games and scored seven goals.

During the winter break 2003/ 04 he signed a three-year contract with Fenerbahce. For Fenerbahçe, he played eleven times and became Turkish champion. In the season 2004/ 05 he played 28 times and also played four games in the Champions League and the UEFA Cup.

For the 2007/2008 season he moved to Beşiktaş Istanbul. There he was able to complete games due to injuries hardly why he was no longer considered by the trainer. For this reason, Mehmet changed after just one season with the Black and Whites to Gaziantepspor.

For the Turkish U21 Yozgatli scored five goals in six games.
