Melanie Klaffner

Melanie Klaffner (born 22 May 1990 in Waidhofen an der Ybbs ) is an Austrian tennis player.

Life

By Tennis enthusiasm of her mother Louise Melanie Klaffner was five years old her first tennis racket. She denied in 1998 her first tennis tournament for 10 -year-old in Bad Hall and won this. Then she placed third at the state championship in Wels. There, for the first time the youth coaches were aware of them and they came in 1999 in the OÖTV squad. Klaffner trained with Eric van Harpen in Waldshut- Tiengen ( Germany ). She lives since birth with her parents Louise and Gerhard Klaffner in Weyer. Her father Gerhard is the mayor of Weyer.

Fed Cup
